Comfortable beds, clean rooms, with free parking and a well-equipped fitness center that made my short stay enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was surprising given the chaos. I appreciated the clean lobby, it felt nice to walk into a decent looking place after everything.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess one can accept it for a place like this.

The rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for our large family. We enjoyed visiting the Babe Zaharias Golf Course nearby. The breakfast was great, featuring delightful Texas-shaped waffles, which the kids loved! Plus, we had easy access to Central Mall for shopping.

In my wife’s opinion, check-in could be smoother for families. We struggled with a delay in getting our room keys.

Yo, Port Arthur’s food scene was fire! La Cantina Mexican Grill and Tia Juanita's Fish Camp were legit highlights—savor those tacos and fresh seafood like a champ! Shoutout to the staff who held onto a key delivery for me. that really saved my day!

But let’s keep it 100—the A/C kinda struggled, and the shower? Dripped like a leaky faucet all night. Needed a bit more TLC around here, but overall, still worth a look.

Clean king room with a comfy bed, nice microwave, and mini-fridge. Bathroom had a good shower and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi was solid for browsing. The fitness center was decent, and the outdoor pool had sun loungers. Breakfast had waffles in Texas shapes and decent coffee. No carts available for luggage at check-out.

The King Room was spacious with a big bathroom. The water pressure was good, and everything like the fridge and microwave worked fine. Wifi was decent, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the options were a bit limited. Overall, it was pretty nice for a one-night stay.
